In this new class starting 20 May 2022, Sharon brings elements from ballet, Pilates and yoga together in a 60 minute workout. Using the barre, mats and some light weights, this workout focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements. The combination of lengthening while strengthening, all with easy musicality is for every body, regardless of experience.
